Jeffery T. - Idyllwild, CA

After coming to grips with a tragic incident which occurred nearly 35 years ago I recently quit smoking cigarettes(cold-turkey) and have taken up Mountain Biking as a subsitute for the "fix", avoiding the use of nicotine patches and pushing the pedals for better health. I shall be 51 years young this September and had not been on a bicycle in over 35 years so this has and will be a challange for me as it has become my new addiction. I hope to enter some of the Mountain Bike Races and eventually pehaps enter the Tour de France one day. As long as I can reach the finish line then in my heart I am sure to be a winner. Thank you for the chance to enter this contest and please know that it does not matter which age we begin to ride a bike the pain is all the same.
